Privacy Policy.
Last updated: 25 September 2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you deal with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Hyperbaric HQ is a registered business name of Resonance Dynamics Pty Ltd (ABN 89 697 256 741) ("Hyperbaric HQ", "we", "us" or "our"). We supply and install hyperbaric chambers and related equipment in Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. What we collect
Information you give us.
- Quote and consultation forms: your first and last name, phone number and email address; the products you're interested in; whether it's for home or commercial use; your timeline; and any questions or comments you add.
- Enquiry forms on our landing pages: your name, email address and phone number.
- Our chamber quiz: your answers, which can include your age group, how you rate your sleep and stress, whether you take supplements, your goals, how and where you'd use a chamber, and an optional budget range. Some of these answers may be health information. You give them voluntarily; please don't include anything you'd rather not share.
- Booking a call: if you book a time through our scheduling tool (Calendly), the details you enter there.
- Talking to us: anything you tell us by phone, email or SMS, and details needed to quote, supply, deliver and install equipment, such as your address, site details and photos of your space.
Information collected automatically.
- Always, because the site needs it: a random identifier for your visit, which links a form you started to the one you finish and to any call you book; the page you were on; and the campaign details in the link you arrived by (for example which ad or search you came from). Our hosting providers also record technical information such as your IP address and browser type.
- Analytics and advertising (see "Cookies and your choices"):
- Analytics: how you use the site (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling) through PostHog and Google Analytics. PostHog may also make a recording of how the page responds to your visit. Anything you type into form fields is masked in those recordings.
- Marketing: the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel and Google Ads tags, which tell those platforms when a visit from one of our ads leads to an enquiry.
3. How we use it
- To prepare your quote and contact you about it by phone, email or SMS.
- To arrange and hold a consultation call you've booked, and send you information about it.
- To supply, deliver, install and support equipment you order.
- To recommend a chamber that suits you, if you complete the quiz.
- To understand how the site performs and improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising (see section 4).
- To meet our legal obligations and keep appropriate business records.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, for the purposes above:
- Toshi: our customer-relationship system, where your enquiry and our follow-up are recorded.
- Google: Google Sheets keeps a backup copy of enquiries so none are lost; Google Analytics and Google Ads measure the site and our ads.
- Meta: the pixel, and, when you complete an enquiry, a notice to Meta that an enquiry was made from one of our ads. That notice includes your email address and phone number in a hashed (scrambled, one-way) form, plus your IP address and browser type, so Meta can match the enquiry to the ad without us sending the details in readable form.
- PostHog: website analytics.
- Calendly: if you book a call.
- Resend: sends emails we send you, such as your quiz results.
- Cloudflare and Railway: host this website and our systems.
We may also disclose information where the law requires or permits it, or to protect our rights.
5. Overseas disclosure
Several of these providers store or process information outside Australia, mainly in the United States (for example Google, Meta, PostHog, Calendly, Resend and Railway), and Cloudflare operates worldwide. We choose established providers and take reasonable steps so that they handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
6. Cookies and your choices
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for the analytics and advertising tools in section 2. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site, including the quote form, still works without them. You can also limit ad personalisation in your Meta and Google account settings.
Completing an enquiry records it with us and our service providers as described in section 4, because that's how we receive and respond to it.
7. How we protect it
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and access controls that limit your information to the people and systems that need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as the law requires.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry, customer and order records for seven years, which covers our business and tax record-keeping obligations. After that we delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete information sooner (see section 9), and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
9. Accessing, correcting and deleting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing us (see section 11). We'll respond within a reasonable time, usually 30 days. If we can't give you access, we'll explain why.
10. Marketing
If you've enquired, we may follow up by phone, email or SMS about your enquiry and our products. You can ask us to stop at any time, by replying to the message or emailing us, and we'll honour it.
11. Contact and complaints
Questions, requests or complaints about privacy: email breathebetter@hyperbarichq.com or visit our contact page. We'll look into it and respond. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
12. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when how we handle information changes, and change the "Last updated" date above.
