Why we exist
People are taking their health into their own hands. Daily inputs, measured. Equipment in the spaces they live and work, actually used.
Hyperbaric is one of the most effective inputs the body runs on, and one of the least accessible. Most operators are still selling chambers they've never installed, or routing every session through an appointment the equipment doesn't need. Neither serves the person at the end.
Hyperbaric HQ exists to close that gap. Proper equipment, in your space, installed properly, with a team behind it for the years you'll run it. Whether that space is a room at home or the floor of a clinic, the standard is the same.
The founding story
Pete Frost came to hyperbaric the long way. Years of sports injuries, accumulated damage, and lifestyle choices he wouldn't recommend left him looking for anything that would move the needle. He'd worked through the usual list - saunas, cold, peptides - and kept landing in the same place. Nothing held.
Hyperbaric was different. He felt it in his own body first, then left a career in construction engineering to work in a clinic and find out how far it went. He ran the protocols across a range of people, week after week, and watched the same thing happen again and again. It changed how he looked at his own health completely, and it changed what he wanted to do with his time.
That's when the real gap became obvious. The results were happening in clinics, behind appointments, out of reach of the people who'd benefit most from running it themselves. So Pete started helping people access it directly, in their own space, properly set up. His engineering background turned out to matter more than he expected. A chamber isn't a gadget you unbox. It's equipment that has to fit a real room, get installed correctly, and keep working for years. He built Hyperbaric HQ to treat it that way, and to be the operator he'd have wanted to buy from when he started.
Who we work with
The people we work with aren't chasing a trend. They're serious about getting results and tired of being sold to. Some are individuals building a daily habit at home. Others run clinics and wellness spaces, and need equipment they can stand behind and a partner who picks up the phone.
Some came to us after a session somewhere that left them flat - a fan blowing air, no protocol, no idea what they were doing. Others had owned equipment before and never really used it, because no one set it up to belong in their space.

The session becomes something you look forward to, not another thing on the list - and that's what gets used, day after day, for years.
- Installed by our team. Site assessment, delivery, commissioning, and your first session are handled start to finish by the people accountable for the result. Nothing gets passed to a stranger along the way.
- Supported by medical advisors. Your protocols, your safety, and your ongoing questions about frequency, pressure, and duration are answered by physicians rather than sales staff.
- Run for years, not months. A direct service line, parts and maintenance, and protocol updates as the science moves. The relationship starts at install and runs as long as you do.
